Today is a new day for hope and healing.

Hi there, my name is Katelyn, and I am a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) who is dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults navigate life's challenges and build meaningful, lasting change. I have experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, peer and relationship conflicts, life transitions, stress management, and emotional regulation difficulties in a variety of different settings.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences. I believe that each person brings unique strengths to the therapeutic process, and I work alongside clients to develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and foster resilience.

My goal is to provide individualized care that promotes growth, healing, and overall well-being. I am committed to meeting clients where they are and helping them move toward their personal goals with confidence and support.

Jessica Glenn, LMSW

Clinical Social Worker

I am so grateful that you are here! I am a licensed masters clinical Social Worker with several years of experience working in various settings and populations. My work has evolved from my own past experiences that have led me throughout my own healing journey. I understand first-hand how difficult the weight of life can be at times.

I have experience working with individuals during skilled nursing and rehabilitation, post traumatic brain injuries, managing life changes after traumatic events, substance abuse recovery, social-emotional/behavioral disturbances, and elementary aged students in school settings managing behaviors and learning coping skills. My passion is working with individuals to learn how to cope through life difficulties.

My approach is easy going, down to earth, and real. I strive to provide a therapeutic space that is non-judgmental, honest, empathetic, accepting, and supportive. As a mother and outdoor euthenist, client connections are my primary goal within the therapeutic process.

Evidence based approach

Throughout your therapeutic journey, we will use an evidence based therapeutic approach called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT aims to help individuals deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way. This process is done by breaking difficulties into smaller parts to better understand how our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions play a role in our overall processing. CBT helps to change negative thinking patterns to improve your overall way of thinking and feeling.
